Should You Invest In A Coach?

I was at a summit last week put on by Primary VC, a leading New York City-based venture capital firm. I was eager to hear Andy Dunn, the co-founder of Bonobos, speak about his journey as a leader, his mental health and his recent book, Burn Rate: Launching a Startup and Losing my Mind. The interviewer asked him how founders can deal with the stress of operating and succeeding in today’s highly competitive complex business world. His answer prompted me to think more about the real value of coaching in a business environment.
